Logging into Accela Mobile

Accela Mobile users include Fire Prevention inspectors and all captains, lieutenants, and engineers.

In the login screen, enter the settings below. Tap ADDITIONAL SETTINGS to see the ENVIRONMENT and CONSTRUCT fields. You only need to set the ENVIRONMENT and CONSTRUCT fields once, and Accela Mobile will remember them. Once you have filled out the fields, tap SIGN IN USING SSO.

This will take you to the Okta single sign-on page. In the Username field, enter your City of Fort Worth email address and tap Next.
